Precautions for the use of pressure sealer machine:

1. The warm-up time of the machine is different due to different environmental temperatures. Generally, when the color temperature is higher in summer, the warm-up time is shorter. At this time, the set temperature can be lower. On the contrary in winter, the warm-up time is longer and the set temperature should be higher.

2. During plastic sealing, if the set temperature is too low, the plastic sealing will be incomplete; while the temperature is too high, it will cause the film to wrinkle due to overheating, and even wrap the plastic film into the machine. When using the laminator, be sure to set the appropriate temperature according to the instructions according to the type of film and plastic documents used.

3. There are four screws under the bottom plate of the machine, which are used to adjust the pressure of the rubber roller before and after, left and right. If there is incomplete sealing on both sides or one side of the plastic cover, these screws can be adjusted. However, do not tighten the screws too tightly to avoid wrinkles of the plastic cover and excessive load on the motor.

4. When there is abnormal burnt on the surface of the rubber roller, it should be wiped with cotton mash alcohol or banana water when the power supply is blocked and the rubber roller is still used.
