1. Improper temperature control in the workshop. If the relative humidity is too high, the paper will become "flounces" when absorbing moisture, resulting in paper wrinkling in the process of laminating, so it is necessary to strictly control the temperature and humidity in the workshop.

2. If the humidity of the environment is too high or the humidity of the film is too high, the paper will "tighten the edge", causing the paper to wrinkle. It can be flattened by pressing plate, which can increase the times of knocking and kneading paper before laminating, and reduce the environment and laminating temperature.

3. Uneven roller pressure causes paper wrinkling during laminating. In this case, the roller pressure should be corrected before starting the machine.

4. The rubber roller itself is uneven, which causes the paper wrinkling in the film coating. It should be replaced with a new rubber roller or the old rubber roller should be ground flat for reuse.

5. There is dirt on the cots, which causes paper wrinkling when laminating. The cots should be cleaned in time and kept clean frequently.

6. The tension is too large, and the film rolls and tears, resulting in paper wrinkling when laminating, so the tension should be adjusted appropriately.
